1) About Paradox Mobile

Paradox Mobile provides custom-built, privacy-first devices. Each phone is modified, hardened with GrapheneOS, and configured with Paradox defaults. Our products are unique, hand-built units designed to maximize security, independence, and user control.

We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, GrapheneOS, or any other provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2) Sales Are Final- No Returns or Refunds

Due to the customized nature of every device:

• All sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
• Each device is individually tested and configured before shipment, making it non-restockable.

3) Warranty Disclaimer

The manufacturer’s original warranty is voided by our modifications. Paradox Mobile provides no warranty—express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Devices are sold “AS IS” after in-house testing.

4) Repairs & Support

• Repair services (when possible) at customer’s expense.
• Software support, updates, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Guides and manuals to help maximize performance.

Repairs may not always be possible due to the nature of modifications. We may refuse service for devices further altered or damaged by the customer.

5) Acceptable Use & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you choose to use the device. Paradox Mobile does not encourage, condone, facilitate, or endorse unlawful or deceitful activity of any kind. The device is sold as a customized consumer product, without any promise, guarantee, recommendation, or representation that it be used for a particular purpose.

By purchasing, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.
• Use the device at your own risk, with no reliance on Paradox Mobile for guidance, purpose, or outcomes.
• Acknowledge that Paradox Mobile expressly disclaims liability for any misuse of the device, including but not limited to:
  • Illegal surveillance or monitoring;
  • Stalking, harassment, or intimidation;
  • Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks;
  • Any unlawful activity or regulatory violation.

You assume full responsibility for your actions and agree to hold Paradox Mobile harmless for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use, intended use, or misuse of the device.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Paradox Mobile is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including data loss, lost profits, business interruption, security breaches, or unauthorized access). Our maximum liability, under any theory, shall not exceed the purchase price of the device.

7) Intellectual Property

• GrapheneOS is open source under MIT; we comply with its license terms.
• Paradox Mobile configurations, documentation, and branding are proprietary and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
• You are purchasing a customized product, not a license to our IP.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paradox Mobile, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the device, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state where Paradox Mobile is registered. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in that state’s courts.

10) Updates to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11) Shipping & Delivery

• Signature Required: All shipments require signature on delivery.
• Responsibility: Once the carrier confirms delivery and obtains a signature, liability transfers to you. We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after “delivered.”
• Delays & Customs: Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, weather, customs inspections, or government holds. International buyers are responsible for duties/taxes/fees.
• Failed Deliveries: Returned packages for missed signatures incur reshipping fees. We hold devices 14 days; unclaimed items may be treated as abandoned with no refund.

12) Disclaimer of Purpose

Paradox Mobile devices are provided without any representation or guarantee regarding their suitability for a particular purpose, whether stated or implied. We do not recommend, market, or represent these devices as being fit for any single purpose including, without limitation, privacy, security, safety, anonymity, enterprise use, compliance, or emergency communications.

Any reliance you place on the device for a specific use-case is entirely at your own risk. Paradox Mobile disclaims all responsibility for any outcome, consequence, damage, or expectation tied to how you choose to use the device.
